Our interdisciplinary team brings together people who look at the topic of psychotherapy from different perspectives and think ahead.

Screening of your application documents
Send us your detailed application documents so that we can get a first impression of you. We not only assess your career, but above all your motivation for the position and the team.

Get-to-know
interview
In an initial online interview, we have the opportunity to get to know each other and answer initial questions. This interview usually lasts 30 minutes and will be with one of our HR managers.

Professional
interexchange
Now it's time for a professional exchange with your future team lead. Here we would like to find out what expertise you have built up. This appointment takes approx. 45 minutes.

Personal acquaintance
You will be invited to our office for a personal meeting. Here you'll get to know other team members and we'll dive even deeper into specialist topics.
