With elona therapy, psychotherapists can assign interventions, helpful activities, exercises and psychoeducational resources to their patients, which offer patients information and treatment techniques about their mental illness and, through the elona therapy smartphone application, are also available beyond the therapy session. The content is based on current and evidence-based psychotherapy methods. On the basis of psychometric questionnaires and exercises and their evaluation, the content is individualized to the needs of the person concerned. The application is intended to strengthen patients' active participation and participation in outpatient psychotherapy and the integration of therapeutic content into everyday life, thus increasing adherence to outpatient psychotherapy, reducing patients' symptoms and improving the quality of life.

elona therapy ist eine digitale Gesundheitsanwendung, die Patient:innen in ambulanter Psychotherapie in der Behandlung von psychischen Erkrankungen (Depression, Angst-/Panikstörungen) durch intelligente Bereitstellung von Therapieinhalten zwischen den regulären Therapiesitzungen unterstützt. Mit elona therapy können Psychotherapeut:innen ihren Patient:innen, Interventionen, hilfreiche Aktivitäten, Übungen und psychoedukative Ressourcen zuweisen, die Patient:innen Informationen und Behandlungstechniken zu ihrer psychischen Erkrankung bieten und durch die elona therapy Smartphone-Applikation auch über die Therapiesitzung hinaus zur Verfügung stehen. Die Inhalte basieren auf aktuellen und evidenzbasierten Therapiemethoden der Psychotherapie. Anhand von psychometrischen Fragebögen und Übungen sowie deren Auswertung werden die Inhalte auf die Bedürfnisse des Betroffenen individualisiert. Die Applikation ist dazu bestimmt, die aktive Mitarbeit und Mitgestaltung der Patient:innen in der ambulanten Psychotherapie und die Integration der Therapieinhalte in den Alltag zu stärken und so die Adhärenz zur ambulanten Psychotherapie zu erhöhen, die Symptomatik der Patient:innen zu reduzieren und die Lebensqualität zu steigern.

The application is intended for independent use by the patient and is suitable to support the management and handling of the underlying mental health condition. elona explore is not intended to provide information for diagnostic or therapeutic decisions.
